Villa Asteri: Natural stone villa in southern Crete
The approx. 120 square meter villa is located in the south of Crete, in Lefkogia, approx. 4 km from Plakias. It has 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The villa is furnished with great attention to detail and guarantees a high level of living comfort.
All rooms have a wooden beamed ceiling and the villa has a fully equipped kitchen.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, heating and air conditioning.
One double bedroom has a small balcony.
The second double bedroom has a sea view terrace shaded by a pergola. This terrace can be reached from the room as well as from the hallway. The third bedroom also has a double bed. All windows in the bedroom and living area have mosquito nets and shutters. The upper bathroom has a bath, double sink and toilet, the lower bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Hair dryers are available in all three bathrooms.
Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, are located on the lower floor. Next door is the third bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen in the open living room, with fridge and freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. There is also a sitting area with a television and a dining area. From the ground floor you can access two large terraces, one behind the house and the other in front of the house, from which you can enjoy the sea and pool views.
The pool measures approx. 8x4 m and is surrounded by a large tiled sun terrace. There are comfortable loungers and parasols available. There is an outdoor shower in the pool area. For a cozy barbecue evening there is a built-in grill and a gas grill in the outdoor area.
Interior design
Living room with integrated kitchen: living area with TV and WiFi and dining area with a large dining table, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer combination, stove, hotplates, coffee machine, kettle etc. and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
First floor bedroom:
Three bedrooms, each with a double bed, one bedroom with its own covered terrace, one bedroom with a small balcony. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. On the first floor there is another bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink.
Bedroom im Basement:
Two bedrooms each with two single beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Also in the basement there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Exterior equipment
Pool, 8x4m, 1.50m deep and terrace with space for sun loungers and parasols. Covered dining area with barbecue area and gas grill.
Conservatory with seating lounge.
